Shipping & Returns
Sadee's Closet offers a few select options for shipping. Please note, even if something says One Day business, that doesn't mean it will be delivered in one day of purchase. If orders are placed before 5pm (MST) Monday-Friday, please allow 48-72 hours, from time of purchase, for processing and shipping. If an order is placed over a weekend or holiday, the 48-72 hours will begin on the next coming business day.
Once an order has been shipped, if you chose the option at checkout, you will be emailed a tracking number for your package.
When your product has shipped for delivery we are no longer responsible for anything lost through mailing.
Items may be returned within 14 days of shipping date. If over 14 days have passed, or the items received are not in the original condition they were shipped in, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund of any kind. Sale items are non-returnable. You will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. If the items received do not meet these said guidelines, your items will be sent back to you.
All items ordered that were marked as sale are Final Sale. No refunds or returns.
Items purchased with a promotional code are also Final Sale.
Once an item sent back is received, it will be inspected and you will be sent an email informing you if your return has been accepted or denied. Sadee's Closet will not return any merchandise that looks to be worn/used, or that is not in the original packaging.
If you received an item that was damaged, email us with a photo ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that when receiving your items, you may find a difference in color from the online images. This can be due to each individuals computers or monitors that the items are being viewed on.
